1. How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE. We only ship within the Continental US (not including Puerto Rico or Hawaii).
2. When will my order be shipped?
Our average shipment process time is 2-5 business days. Shipment status and tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed.
3. What is the shipping delivery method and time frame?
We ship most of our orders via UPS with an estimated time frame of 2-6 business days. For smaller items we ship via USPS with an estimated time frame of 3-5 business days.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed for shipment. Please contact customer support for assistance.
5. What do I do if I want to cancel an order that has already been shipped?
If your order is no longer within the cancellation time frame:
A. You may refuse the package upon delivery. A $19 Return to Sender fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. Please contact customer support to let us know of the package refusal.
B. You may ship the item back to us for a refund, however, customers are liable for the return shipping cost. Please contact customer support and provide your return tracking number and we will refund you accordingly once we receive it.
