WARRANTY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders come with a 90-day warranty. The warranty is voided if there is water damage, user damage or modifications to the product.
All orders can be returned within a 30 day period starting on the day you receive your order. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Shipping is FREE. We only ship within the Continental US (not including Puerto Rico or Hawaii).
Customers are liable for the return shipping fees for unwanted items. Please contact our customer support to approve your return. You may purchase a return label from your local shipping carrier.
We ship our scooters and hoverboards via UPS with an estimated time frame of 2-6 business days. For smaller items we ship via USPS with an estimated time frame of 3-5 business days.
If an incorrect shipping address has been provided, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped we cannot reroute it or make any changes to the shipment.
Yes, you may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed for shipment.
If your order is no longer within the cancellation time frame:
A. You may refuse the package upon delivery. A $19 Return to Sender fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. Please contact our customer support representatives to let us know of the package refusal.
B. You may ship the item back to us for a refund, however, customers are liable for the return shipping cost. Please contact our customer support and provide your return tracking number and we will refund you accordingly once we receive it.
